Contribution Statement
Funds received by the Louisiana Diabetes
Foundation from grantors and contributors are exempt from federal
income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Contributions received that are marked
"research" are granted to the Penington Biomedical
Research Center, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and are dedicated
exclusively to diabetes research. The Louisiana Diabetes Foundation
will not knowingly disburse your funds to
any entity that violates the dignity and sanctity of human life.
Contributions in amounts over $10,000 are identified
by donor's name. Write us for details.
